Returns Eligibility
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of aromatherapy products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
No-Return-No-Refund Policy
We do not offer “refunds without return.” To receive a refund, you must return the item to our designated warehouse. Any request for a refund without returning the physical product will be strictly rejected.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Fraud Prevention
Any claim of “damaged/missing items” must be accompanied by unboxing video evidence. Without clear video evidence showing the package condition upon arrival, we reserve the right to deny your claim. Any attempt to abuse our refund policy (including fraudulent chargebacks) will result in an immediate ban from our store and reporting to the relevant financial authorities.
