All orders are processed within 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates (14-21 business days) and are not guaranteed. LMSCENT is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.
Delivery & Liability
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, LMSCENT is no longer responsible for the transit process. Our liability ends at the point of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking data. If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you claim it is missing, we will NOT issue a refund or reship. You must resolve this with the local carrier directly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct and deliverable address. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned or destroyed by customs, you are not entitled to a refund.
